Our products are hand made, one at a time, just as they have been for over 86 years. This means that no two pieces are exactly the same. Modest variations are the unmistakable mark of handcraftsmanship and should not be confused with defects. Each custom-crafted piece must pass extensive inspection quality control.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

CECO guarantees all kitchen fixtures manufactured since September 2009 against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product in its original installation so long as the original consumer owns his or her home. Normal wear and tear such as gloss reduction due to poor cleaning practices or hard water conditions, scratching, and staining are not to be confused with defects such as chips, burns, and cracks. Any item proven defective will be replaced with a new fixture. No labor or other consequential charges will be allowed.
